Development of Efficient Business Processes at SKS

SKS is investing in the optimization and digitization of key business processes. The goal of the project is to further develop internal processes in the areas of order processing, manufacturing, resource planning, internal interfaces, and cost estimation and controlling processes.

Through digitization and structural optimization, we are laying the foundation for more efficient processes, improved transparency in project management, and sustainable scalability of our organizational structures.

This initiative strengthens our internal processes and creates the conditions for even more efficient project management in plant engineering and industrial combustion technology.
